Servewell Plumbing, LLC v. Fed. Ins. Co., 05-1548

Dismissal, for improper venue, of a claim against an insurer as surety on a labor and material payment bond issued to a contractor is affirmed where a forum selection clause was neither unreasonable nor unjust, and enforcement of the clause would not violate Arkansas' public policy.
