US v. Castaneda, 05-1010

Denial of a motion to suppress contraband seized from defendant's vehicle in a prosecution for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine is affirmed where police had probable cause to believe defendant's vehicle contained contraband, and thus, the "automobile exception" for a permissible warrantless search applied.
