Summary judgment for defendants, police officers and a municipal board of police commissioners, in an action under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 alleging an unreasonable search of plaintiff's apartment and seizure of her person pursuant to an invalid warrant is affirmed where the officers did not violate plaintiff's constitutional rights.
