Groves v. Metro. Life Ins. Co., 05-2173

Summary judgment for defendant, plan administrator, in an ERISA case challenging defendant's termination of plaintiff's long-term disability benefits pursuant to a determination that he was no longer disabled is affirmed where the district court did not err in applying an abuse of discretion standard to defendant's decisions, and defendant did not abuse its discretion in terminating plaintiff's benefits.
