United States Eighth Circuit

Robinson v. Terex Corp., 05-2337

Summary judgment for defendant in a wrongful death/product liability action involving the workplace death of plaintiff's husband resulting from a collapse of a crane allegedly manufactured by defendant is affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion in determining claims were ripe for summary judgment, or in finding that there was no genuine issue of material fact concerning defendant's liability for the accident.
