Friends of the Boundary Waters Wilderness v. Bosworth, 04-3629, 04-3632

Summary judgment for plaintiffs in a ruling involving agency-forest service's regulatory authority over motorboat use in certain lake areas is reversed in part where the agency had authority to recalculate certain annual motorboat use to correct a significant legal error made manifest by a court ruling.
