Samuels v.Kansas City Missouri Sch. Dist., 05-1957

Summary judgment for defendant-employer on claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is affirmed where plaintiff-teacher failed to create a genuine issue of material fact as to whether she was disabled within the meaning of the ADA, and her FMLA claim was barred by the applicable statute of limitations.
