US v. Barker, 05-1220

Denial of a motion to suppress evidence in a proseuction for possession of stolen firearms and being a felon in possession of firearms is affirmed where, under the totality of circumstances, police officers had reasonable suspicion to conduct a Terry stop of defendant.
