Denial of a motion to suppress evidence in a prosecution for possession and manufacture of marijuana is affirmed over claims that the use of the Arkansas National Guard to aid local law enforcement in aerial surveillance of his property was unlawful, and that evidence from a subsequent search should be suppressed.
