Defendants' convictions for mail fraud and racketeering are affirmed over claims regarding: 1) insufficiency of the evidence, 2) absence of an evidentiary hearing on a claim of double jeopardy, 3) a forfeiture order, 4) error in rejoining a defendant's case to those of other defendants, and 5) the excusing of a juror.
