United States Eighth Circuit

Kforce, Inc. v. Surrex Solutions Corp., 05-2224

Dismissal of claims of tortious inference with contract, conspiracy to breach contract, and violation of state law in a dispute between competitors in the personnel staffing industry is affirmed where plaintiff had earlier received a full recovery under a contract claim for the same injury arising from the same course of conduct, and the collateral litigation exception did not apply.
