Porter v. Williams, 05-1862

Summary judgment for defendants, a social worker and her supervisor, pursuant to a finding of official immunity is reversed in part in a case arising from the death of plaintiffs' child in a foster home where there remained a factual dispute as to whether required visits were performed by defendant-social worker.
