Johnson v. Woodcock, 05-2192

Dismissal of a suit asserting claims under the Lanham Act, the Minnesota Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and additional claims involving the publishing of certain psychological tests is affirmed where the district court did not err in dismissing the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction.
