Smith v. Tenet Healthsystem SL, Inc., 05-1173
Partial summary judgment and partial judgment as a matter of law for defendants in a medical malpractice action regarding the amputation of plaintiff's right leg is affirmed over his claims of error regarding voir dire, jury instruction, admission of evidence, and in certain trial court decisions. The case is remanded for the purpose of recalculating the costs taxed to plaintiff.
