Summary judgment for defendant, a debt collection agency, in an action against is affirmed where plaintiff-debtor did not dispute the amount of his debt, and thus could not state a claim for violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act based on defendant's communication of the amount to plaintiff's attorney.
