Reyes-Morales v. Ashcroft, 05-1008

Petition for review of a denial of special rule cancellation of removal under the Nicaraguan Adjustment and Central American Relief Act is granted where the immigration judge erred in finding petitioner was ineligible for such relief on the ground that he had been convicted of crimes of moral turpitude.
