DCS Sanitation Mgmt., Inc. v. Castillo, 05-1201

Summary judgment for defendants-employees in a suit alleging breach of non-compete agreements is affirmed where the district court properly concluded Nebraska law should apply as opposed to Ohio law, and also properly concluded the noncompete agreements were overbroad and unenforceable.
