Gibson v. Weber, 05-1888

Summary judgment for defendants on claims they were deliberately indifferent to diabetic inmate plaintiff's medical needs is affirmed where plaintiff did not submit sufficient evidence to establish his constitutional claims, and district court did not abuse its discretion in not exercising supplemental jurisdiction over plaintiff's state law claims.
