United States Eighth Circuit
US v. Williams, 05-1222
Denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence obtained after a warrantless search and a judge's decision to remove defendant from the courtroom for continually disruptive conduct are affirmed where a reasonable view of the evidence supported denial of the suppression motion and there was no abuse of discretion as to defendant's removal.
