Dornheim v. Sholes, 04-4032

Dismissal of plaintiff's civil rights claims involving a state-court custody dispute is affirmed where defendants' actions were not motivated by invidious discrimination against a class protected under the statute and defendants are entitled to absolute or qualified immunity.
