Good Low v. US, 05-1114

Judgment in favor of defendant-government in a suit under the Federal Tort Claims Act is affirmed where there was no clear error in finding that plaintiff's conduct in eluding police contributed more than slightly to injuries he sustained when compared to the conduct of defendants.
