US v. Purkey, 04-1337

Defendant's convictions for kidnapping, rape, and murder is affirmed over his claims of error in: the denial of his motions to suppress confessions, destruction of evidence by the state, the for-cause exclusion of certain jurors, prosecutorial misconduct, improper jury instructions, and additional evidentiary and constitutional claims.
