Lund v. Hennepin County, 05-1791

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 civil rights action claiming due process violations resulting from a lengthy delay in plaintiff's release from a detention center, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where plaintiff did not allege facts sufficient to show that his rights were violated or that defendant was deliberately indifferent to a violation.
