Johnson v. AT&T Corp., 04-2305

In an employment discrimination dispute alleging race and age discrimination, summary judgment in favor of defendant-employer is affirmed where it articulated a legitimate, nondiscriminatory reason for terminating plaintiff's employment, and plaintiff failed to show that the asserted reason was a pretext for racial discrimination.
