Ventura Village v. City of Minneapolis, 04-2546

Plaintiff's claims, alleging that defendant-City engaged in race and disability discrimination when it approved a waiver for construction of housing for the disabled, are dismissed for lack of proof that defendant had taken any action to refuse, deny or otherwise make unavailable a dwelling on account of race or disability.
