Denial of defendant's motion to suppress is affirmed where his operation of a motor vehicle with one working brake light gave the arresting officer reasonable suspicion that defendant had violated the Oglala Sioux Tribe Motor Vehicle Code and provided a basis for a lawful traffic stop.
