Minnesota Commercial Railway Co. v. Gen. Star Indem., 04-3166

In an insurance coverage dispute arising out of a personal injury action, judgment in favor of defendant-insurer is affirmed where plaintiff is not entitled to the use of the doctrine of estoppel to expand its coverage since it controlled its own defense of the litigation.
