Defendant's drug conviction is affirmed over his claims that the district court abused its discretion when it 1)refused to allow him to re-cross-examine a witness, 2)allowed the government's expert witness to testify, and 3)gave a jury instruction on the meaning of the phrase "reasonable cause to believe."
