US v. MORIN, 03-1781

Defendant's conviction for embezzlement from an Indian organization is affirmed where the evidence was sufficient to show that Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians was an Indian Tribal Organization for purposes of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 1163, and that defendant violated a position of trust with the Tribe.
