STIDHAM v. MINNESOTA MINING, 04-1277

Summary judgment against plaintiff's age discrimination claims is affirmed where neither plaintiff's statistical evidence nor her circumstantial evidence showed age was a factor in her employer's decision to eliminate her position as part of a reduction-in-force.
