United States Eighth Circuit
KEMP v. BUMBLE BEE SEAFOODS, INC., 02-3797
In a trademark dispute, summary judgment in favor of plaintiff is reversed where plaintiff's use of the "Louis Kemp" mark on wild rice products created a likelihood of consumer confusion with defendant's use of "Louis Kemp" on seafood products, and thus was infringement.
