Defendant's convictions for sexual abuse are affirmed over his claim that the district court erred by 1)denying his motion for judgment of acquittal based on insufficient evidence, 2)failing to swear in the jury until after opening statements, and 3)refusing to permit his medical expert to conduct a gynecological examination.
