In employee-plaintiff's claim alleging discrimination and retaliation under the American with Disabilities Act, district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of employer reversed where there was evidence establishing a close temporal proximity between the birth of employee-s disabled child and her termination, evidenceof a stellar employment record over an eleven-year period, and employee was dismissed from the start from consideration for a new position.
