United States Eighth Circuit
TRAVELERS INDEM. v. CANON, 03-3836
In a suit alleging defendant's copy machine was the cause of a fire, judgment in favor of defendant is affirmed where the district court did not err in excluding plaintiff's expert testimony on the basis that it was unreliable and potentially confusing to a jury.
