Defendant's convictions for interference with interstate commerce and use of a firearm are affirmed over his challenges that the district court erred in 1) admitting unreliable eyewitness identifications, 2) excluding expert testimony, and 3)prohibiting his attorney from arguing that a witness avoided a life sentence by testifying.
