AMTRUST, INC. v. LARSON, 03-2867, 03-2971

In a mortgage foreclosure case, summary judgment in favor of plaintiff, who was assigned the mortgage, is affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion in adopting the jury's finding with regard to the principal owed, and in awarding plaintiff the prejudgment interest to which it was entitled.
