BENDER v. REGIER, 03-3529

Summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-prisoner's claim, alleging that his Eighth Amendment rights were violated when defendant-physician failed to treat his Hepatitis C Virus, is reversed where defendant has qualified immunity on ground that he did not act with deliberate indifference to plaintiff's condition.
