US v. CASINO MAGIC CORP., 03-3043
In an appeal of an award of damages for alleged illegal casino contracts, the district court properly calculated damages with respect to borrowing fees, indirect costs, and out-of-pocket expenses, however, the denial of the government's request for prejudgment interest is reversed.
