REVELS v. VINCENZ, 03-2429

Grant of summary judgment to defendant-prison officials is affirmed where deprivation from the use of a toilet for a few seconds does not rise to a constitutional violation and plaintiff did not show that he was denied privileges in retaliation for filings grievances against defendants.
