United States Eighth Circuit

In an employment discrimination case, judgment for plaintiff is affirmed over defendant's challenges that the district court erred by admitting certain evidence, failing to grant judgment as a matter of law, and allowing the jury to consider the matter of punitive damages. However, punitive damage award was found to be unconstitutional.
