United States Eighth Circuit
US v. BRONSTEIN, 03-2960
In a civil forfeiture of currency case, defendant's appeal is dismissed over his challenges that the district court erred 1) in denying his request to argue that his forfeiture violated the Eighth Amendment, 2) in granting the government's request to amend the pre-trial order, and 3) in finding that the government demonstrated by a preponderance of the evidence support of the forfeiture.
