Denial of plaintiff's application for disability benefits is affirmed on grounds that the Administrative Law Judge 1) properly weighed and evaluated the conflicting medical evidence in the case, 2) did not substitute his opinion in determining plaintiff retained the residual function capacity to perform a wide range of unskilled work, 3) did not err in determining claimant's mental impairments did not meet the criteria for Organic Mental Disorders.
