United States Eighth Circuit

US v. SWAYZE, 03-3858

In a drug case, evidence was sufficient to support defendant's convictions and the district court did not err in denying a motion for a new trial based on newly-discovered evidence as defendant did not show that it would likely produce an acquittal nor was he able to show that it would be admissible at trial.
