United States Eighth Circuit

BLDG. ERECTION SERVS., INC. v. JLG, INC., 03-2766

In a personal injury claim, the Court reversed the district court's decision that plaintiff's claim was barred by a two-year Kansas statute of limitations, finding instead that the claim was subject to a five-year limitations period under Missouri law, since the causes of action originated in that state.
