United States Eighth Circuit

HARTSFIELD v. COLBURN, 03-2602

District court erred in granting summary judgment to defendants on claims they were deliberately indifferent to plaintiff's medical needs, as plaintiff established an objectively serious dental condition and there was an issue of material fact as to whether the delay in treatment constituted deliberate indifference.
