United States Eighth Circuit

CAPITOL INDEM. CORP. v. RUSSELLVILLE STEEL CO., INC., 03-2246

District court clearly erred when it determined that plaintiff's principal place of business was in Arkansas; though the evidence does not prove Wisconsin citizenship, it precludes a finding of Arkansas citizenship, thus plaintiff has met its burden to establish diversity.
