United States Eighth Circuit

DORAN v. ECKOLD, 03-1810

Jury verdict for plaintiff, on illegal-entry claim as to one officer and on failure-to-train claims as to sergeant and Board of Police Commissioners, is affirmed. District court did not err in finding as a matter of law that no exigent circumstances existed to justify "dynamic entry" into plaintiff's home.
