ANDERSON v. INDEP. SCH. DIST. NUMBER 97, 02-3745

Plaintiff failed to prove that defendant had defamed him by making untruthful statements about his drug test results to a third party. With respect to his claim that defendant violated the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act by disclosing information about the test results, plaintiff failed to prove that any actual or reputational damages he sustained were a direct result of the unlawful disclosure.
