United States Eighth Circuit
US v. COOK, 03-1251
Drug convictions were supported by substantial evidence. District court did not err in applying an obstruction of justice enhancement for reckless endangerment during flight; two convictions used to enhance sentence were properly counted as separate convictions for purposes of imposing a life sentence under 21 U.S.C. section 841(b)(1)(A).
