United States Eighth Circuit
PERRY v. KEMNA, 03-1086
Prisoner's habeas petition was properly denied. Ineffective assistance of counsel claim was properly rejected, as evidence was insufficient to overcome the presumption in favor of the state court's credibility finding that counsel advised him not to speak with the police; counsel's disclosure of privileged information to the police did not prejudice his defense.
